What is LIFE COACHING?

Life Coaching is an opportunity to clarify your dreams and wishes and discover unique, yet time-tested solutions that will help them come to fruition. We all have experienced, at least at one point or another, obstacles that have stopped us from leading the life we were meant to lead. Yet, these challenges are sometimes difficult to see and overcome because  of our inability to have a bird’s eye view of what matters most. Einstein said, “we can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them”.  Therefore, a Life Coach will provide you with a larger perspective for overcoming your greatest obstacles. As a result, what you get is    PoweredPotentialä – a toolbox of “life tools” to help you live and experience your full potential.

We all need a Coach, even a Coach needs one! And, their purpose is to help you see objectively what things are hindering you from being the best person you can be. A Life Coach does not hand you all the solutions; rather she will give you valuable life tools that will empower you to objectively and intuitively appreciate and apply the right solutions that are applicable to you.

DO I NEED COACHING?

Each session begins with an analysis of what you want and need in your life. Over the course of 1, 5, or 10 sessions, depending on your individual needs, your Life Coach will provide you with tools that will help you see how you can achieve what it is you most desire. Sessions can be in person or over the phone and Life Coach.
